Testimonials
- I am in my first year as a KF Associate and have kept my full time job while practicing Kinesiology one day a week. I have learnt a lot about myself on the way, made great new friends and, on reflection, have achieved a great deal. I have found my mentoring sessions invaluable in this process and went from thinking, "What's the point of having a mentor?" to really looking forward to the sessions. Kirsten Canavan, Health Kinesiologist, Cambridge, Kinesiology mentoring

- "If you don’t know your inner self, then discover it. If you do know your inner self, have it confirmed and be lifted to a new level. Life is too short to stay at the bottom of the mountain!" Linda B. UK
- "The Soul Journey Day allowed me to clear some negative thoughts and to focus again on reaching personal ambitions in life. The Promised Land is back on again!" John Cooper
A friend was training as a Kinesiologist and wanted someone to practise on, so I volunteered. I then started Kinesiology training too. I was fascinated by the amazing New Age philosophy and spirituality that I was discovering and I met so many wonderful new people.
From here my soul journey led me into the Native American belief systems and I became part of a shamanic group for about five years. This taught me the value and power of nature and an awareness of something bigger than me – a divine, creative presence.

For me it was a more personal spiritual encounter at home one evening that changed things for me. I just knew I wanted the Holy Spirit to be my guide from then onwards. I now belong to a spiritually alive church in Peterborough called KingsGate where I have found an abundance of support, love and opportunities to learn and develop my Christian spirituality.
Having found my vocation in holistic health, the next challenge was making the transition from mainstream employment to full time self-employment and building a business that would serve more people. I continue to have monthly sessions of both Kinesiology and Craniosacral therapy for my wellbeing and personal development, as well as quarterly mentoring appointments and advanced training courses twice a year. Support, ongoing study and personal development are key strategies for providing an excellent service and enjoying growth in the work that I love.
Over the years I have also experienced many emotional highs and lows, including divorce and all the changes this brings in life. However, wounds heal and overcoming obstacles in life can build strength and wisdom. Relationships are a vital part of life and love is worth the risk of reaching out for your heart’s desire.
My soul journey so far has given me a unique insight into many different spiritual pathways, choices in work life and appreciation of people I love and care about. I have met many other amazing soul journeyers along the way. I encourage you to continue seeking the truth on your soul journey and let love, joy and peace be your signposts towards home.
With much love, Corrina.
